Camy and Mindy Smith grew up on the opposite coasts of the United States. Camy was born in Miami, FL, and Mindy, in California. Camy attended Morehouse College on a football scholarship. Before joining National Agents Alliance, Camy worked for seven years in the insurance business. In July 2006, Camy and Mindy became involved with NAA. Camy and Mindy joined looking for more opportunity, money, freedom and leads. What they enjoy most about NAA are the leaders and leadership that come along with the company. "No experience has been more exciting than recently opening our own office," Camy said. "It has been an amazing ride. It′s incredible what you can achieve when you have no choice! Also, the month we broke out as agency managers was the best time we had in a long time. We were running all day, everyday, on pure adrenaline!" NAA has allowed Camy and Mindy more time with their family, less stress, and more money. "My life is less stressed out," Camy explained. "I′m having more fun, and even my marriage has improved." Camy has also been able to purchase "the car I always wanted," a silver Mercedes-Benz C230 Sport. Camy attributes his success to having the support of his wife. After six months of toying around with the opportunity, Camy and Mindy committed to attend the 2007 National Convention in Dallas. They broke out seven months later. Camy advises new agents to stay focused and committed to their vision. "If you stay focused and committed, NAA will help you get to where you want to be," he said. "Follow your growing upline team leader or agency manager," he continued. "We want the very best for you. I advise my agents to take their business seriously. There is too much at stake. Master your craft, don′t just take what comes. Instead, create your own outcome. Have fun, and make money." The Smiths plan to continue to build and grow, to cover as many families as possible, and strengthen their company, colleagues and friends. "God and the support of my family keep me going," Camy said. "God′s gift to me was life. My gift to Him is what I do with it. I strive everyday to be the very best that I can. I think it is shameful that someone can settle for being average when they were created to be great." Camy and Mindy have two pets -- a dog named Neo and a cat named Trinity. They enjoy vacations in South Florida, where they were married. They plan to take their first trip to Italy in the summer of 2008. The Smiths are movie buffs and love to try new restaurants. Their professional goal is to earn NAA′s top contract and to continue to help build and grow other agency managers.
