A New York native, an enthusiast of Jedi mind tricks, and a friend of Ed Orell, Richard Ramirez grew up in the Bronx and in New Bedford. He attended Seminole Community College in Sanford, FL, but did not complete a degree. Instead, Richard ventured into the world of car sales.
In January of 2004 Richard joined National Agents Alliance. His decision was based upon the Lead System and the fact that Ed Orell was in NAA, they had worked together previously and Richard knew if Ed was doing it, it must be good!

"I can still remember my first appointment with NAA. It was a free lead that had been worked previously, but I was able to go in and protect that family. It was issued and paid a week later, that case is still on the books 3.5 years later. Seeing the immediate results solidified my belief in NAA and I knew I had to do more of it."
Richard is now free from the drudgery of a j.o.b. He attributes his success with NAA to the innovative lead system, the NAA vehicle…the fact that he can get in it and drive it everyday.
"Get around and listen to the RIGHT people. Just like a professional athlete, work harder on your training than you do at your job, (reading, listening to MP3 and training calls and by being around positive people.) Hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard."
Richard aspires to become better and help those around him get better and realize their dreams.
His wife, Joanne, and he would like to start a family one day. They enjoy spending vacation at the Dominican Republic, Miami, and Vegas. When Richard is not working, he takes pleasure in catching up on some sleep, playing basketball, chess, and no limit poker.
Personally and professionally, Richard plans to, "Have a few kids, give back to my family and community, own a custom built mansion, have an exotic car collection, own a yacht and helicopter, and travel the world. I want to continue to build my business with NAA by helping others get what they want."
