The one-liner of “Do you want to make some money?” from his now upline manager Patrick Connors was all it took to convince Greg Riddle to join National Agents Alliance. Greg grew up in Pendleton, Indiana. In his college years, he attended Georgia Military College where he received a degree in criminal justice. He then went on to Concordia University for a BA in Management/ Criminal Justice.
After college, Greg started out as an investigator for the US Army for 5 years. He then moved on to be a police officer, fireman, bodyguard, and an Insurance Fraud Investigator. For fun, Greg decided to get his insurance license to see what an honest agent had to do to get licensed. After a bit of disappointment in the money he was making his prayers were answered and he met Patrick Connors. 60 days later, he quit to work full-time for NAA in January 2006.
"After a brief conversation of what NAA had to offer, I was in. I attended the Dallas convention. I had no idea what I would be doing, but it was the best decision I have made. Just being able to see and hear what others were doing let me know that I could do this."
Greg loves NAA’s concept of working as a team.
"You can plug in and everyone is there to help you get to where you want to be."
NAA has given Greg the ability to take care of his family, make money, and make his own daily schedule. He finds that the best part of his job is that he knows what he does is helping Americans and makes a difference. He can be proud of himself and the company he represents.
His triumphs with NAA have come from listening to the conference calls, getting to the meetings and conferences because they motivate him and teach him so much every single time.
"I wouldn’t have been able to obtain my Income ring in my first year without the conferences and meetings. Patrick was there to direct me, advise me, and give me that little push to get the ring."

Greg recommends plugging into the system and getting on board with recruiting and building your business. He also wishes he would have started recruiting sooner.
"Just recruit, even if you do not know anything about NAA, just get with your upline and he/she will do what they can to help you."
Greg’s most memorable experiences with NAA have come from helping people out.
"I met with an elderly man looking to take care of his family. After a brief talk, I knew I would not be able to get him the kind of coverage he wanted for the amount he could afford. Soon into my visit he showed me a policy he already had with another company. To my horror, he had been paying premiums for, what he thought was $110,000 coverage, but it was only $10,000 of coverage. It was heartbreaking to tell the man that he really did not have the peace of mind he thought he had. Needless to say, I was more than happy to use my previous investigative resources to get the man his money back. Although we couldn’t get him his $110,000 worth of coverage, the man and his family did get the coverage they could afford. I know that while I didn’t have a very big day that day, I still considered him to be one of my favorites."
Greg and his wife Jenny have a son named Matthew and 2 Siamese cats. They enjoy going to Jamaica with friends and family to just relax with no computer or phones for total relaxation. Greg also enjoys tennis, and basketball.
"I strive to be a better husband and father. At the end of the day my wife and son are most important to me. My wife keeps me grounded and is always there for me. I hope to be able to tell her some day, ‘honey quit your job. We are OK.’ If I can learn from the other leaders of NAA, then I know I will be able to say that someday."
