Robert and Michelle Wallace have joined forces both personally and professionally to become one of the top agency management teams at National Agents Alliance.  Robert was born in Norfolk, VA and grew up in the Air Force traveling around the United States.  Michelle was born in Manhattan, Kansas and grew up in Indiana.  Robert spent many of his years in Midland, Texas before moving to Arizona when his father took a position in Phoenix.  Robert attended Arizona State University and graduated with a Criminal Justice Degree.  Michelle joined the Army Reserves at age 17.  After high school, she enrolled in ROTC and was commissioned as an officer by age 20.  She has a Bachelors degree from Arizona State University in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Educational Counseling from Northern Arizona. 
     Robert and Michelle met while working at a private juvenile treatment facility for boys.  The duo enjoyed working together, but due to many changes at the facility in which they worked, realized they needed to move on to other career fields.  Robert went into banking.  He was promoted to the level of Vice President with Wells Fargo Bank within 3 years.  He then stepped away from Wells Fargo into a private venture with other investors to start their own bank, but unfortunately the investor’s money did not come through before the project could be completed.  Robert then began to work with the Royal Bank of Scotland doing business to business sales. 
Michelle went into financial advising.  She was promoted within three years to Vice President and moved to Dallas, Texas to hire train and develop new advisors.  She stayed with this for two more years until the birth of son Zechariah.  Michelle was home for almost 3 years before needing to get back out and work with people again.

The family finances were at a low and Robert was working over 60 hours a week.The couple’s daughters, Brittany and Victoria were approaching high school and Zechariah was growing up fast.Michelle began to pray for something she could do part time to earn extra income, yet still be able to take care of the family.  Her prayers were answered in 2005 when she was invited to attend a meeting to learn about National Agents Alliance.  Instead, Michelle skipped the meeting and went straight to the first training session with no idea of what type of work she was going to be doing! 
     When Michelle completed the training, she was so excited because she had leads to call.  But there was one problem: she had lost her voice the night before.  So it was Robert who made the first appointments on the phone and Michelle went and wrote the applications.  It was the beginning of their new careers together.
      Robert and Michelle have been continually impressed with the quality of leadership at NAA, particularly their manager, Ralph Simpson.  The duo knows that this company is just beginning and that they are just starting to make a difference for so many people in so many ways.  According to NAA’s newest power couple, “We consider it complete joy that we can protect the American family dream by ensuring people don’t lose their homes, and that we can also affect people by helping them fulfill their financial goals and their life goals.  National Agents Alliance is a reality to be worked!”  Robert & Michelle are certainly proof of that!
